About the role
Harold is building the AI-native deal intelligence platform that the biggest real estate teams in the country use to find, analyse, and close deals. We are early, we are moving fast, and we are looking for the person who wants to be in the room where it happens.
This is not a job. It is a founding moment. You will work directly with the CTO, ship real features to real enterprise users, and own meaningful parts of a product that is genuinely changing how property deals get done in the UK.
What you’ll be doing
Build and ship product features end to end — frontend, backend, whatever it takes
Work directly with the CTO on architecture decisions that will define the platform for years
Move fast, break things responsibly, and iterate in days not quarters
Take ownership of entire product surfaces — not tickets, not tasks, whole things
Be in the room for every major product and technical decision from day one
About you
You have built things before — side projects, hackathon winners, things that actually work
You care more about shipping than perfecting and you know the difference between the two
You are obsessed with AI tools and you use them to move faster than anyone expects
You thrive in chaos, ambiguity, and a Slack channel that moves very fast
You do not need experience — you need commitment, curiosity, and the ability to figure things out
You want equity, tokens, and a front row seat at something that is genuinely going somewhere
